  • Where are the retreats and where can I stay?

    Our current retreats are virtual. We do anticipate hybrid (in-person and virtual) retreats starting in October 2024.

    Once we resume in-person retreats, we will still offer hybrid events, with our in-person location in the beautiful and healing lands of Sedona, Arizona, US, near Oakcreek Canyon Country Club. Our location in Sedona is 113 miles from the Phoenix Sky-Harbor International Airport.

    We negotiate discounted rates at area hotels for our in-person retreats. If we are offering an in-person event, please fill out the form on our “Contact Us” page to learn more about those hotels and discounted rates.

  • How many retreats are there?

    We produce one retreat each year in October.

  • What do I need to bring to the retreat?

    For VIRTUAL RETREATS: Bring something to drink and a notebook and pencil or pen. You will want to take notes! Otherwise, all materials – worksheets, handouts, homework, etc. – are available via our Facebook Group or you can email us for your copy of the PDFs. Please see the appropriate EVENT tab on Facebook for additional retreat information.

    For IN-PERSON RETREATS: All materials – workbooks, handouts, homework, craft supplies, etc. – are provided for you. Tapas (on Friday evening) and four meals (breakfast & lunch on Saturday & Sunday) are included in your purchase price to attend.

  • HOURS: What are the hours of the retreats?

    Currently, we are producing VIRTUAL RETREATS with a schedule that varies. This year’s schedule is available via our Facebook Group.

    Each IN-PERSON RETREAT will maintain approximately the same schedule to include a meet and greet gathering on Friday evening with speaker presentations beginning on Saturday morning and ending on Sunday evening. We may also offer a Monday PlayShop as a separate event. Details can be found in the retreat event tab.

  • REGISTER: How can I register for a retreat?

    Our VIRTUAL RETREATS do require registration.

  • DUE: When is my registration due?

    For VIRTUAL RETREATS, seats are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. We require your name and an email address RSVP through the ZOOM Registration link to attend.

    For IN-PERSON RETREATS, we require your RSVP and full payment a minimum of one MONTH in advance of the retreat date, but please do not wait. Seating is limited and registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • SOCIAL MEDIA: Where can I find the Facebook Group?

  • PANDEMIC: What are the COVID-19 protocols in place for these retreats?

    We recognize different people have different desires and needs. Please know we do not require masks to be worn at our in-person gatherings.

    We welcome you to embrace the vision of our earth and all the living organisms on it are healthy and thriving. Not sure how to do that? You MUST register to attend our virtual retreats! In the meantime, join us in our Facebook Group.

  • INVESTMENT: How much does the retreat cost?

    Our retreats are produced with the intent that you grow into an even more magnificent being who shines your light brighter in the world. Your investment is similar – what you put in is what you’ll get out.

    Each speaker shares wisdom, skills, and steps to implement personal and professional growth and transformation. Your changes start with you. If you’re happy with your life and everything is wonderful, this retreat may not be for you. If you would like to embrace improvement or overcome something challenging, this retreat may be exactly what you need.
